Duties

- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with call center procedures and computerised systems
