At Pulse PEMF, our mission is to enhance all life. We do this by manufacturing, selling, and supporting the world’s leading PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) technology for wellness. We are seeking a new team member to serve as checks-and-balance within our production department. This role will be pivotal in developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues within the production of our products or services. Ultimately, working with a team to ensure our final products meet our organisation's standards across the board. This position is full-time, salaried, and reports to the Quality Systems Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data. Ensure floor compliance with QMS and QMS documentation of floor practices.
  • Monitor the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
  • Provide guidance to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage employees.
  • Remove faulty products from the floor, notify Inventory Specialists.
  • Maintain, monitor, and clean work areas.
  • Examine products and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using spec sheets and standards charts.
  • Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to receiving, storage, and shipping; identify any issues to the Production Operations Manager.
  • Work with Inventory Specialist on proper rotation for all inventory and various items.
  • Perform daily quality inspections for all location teams.
  • Complete daily dump and damage report and give it to the Production Operations Manager.
  • Pay close attention to damaged or inferior products and bring to the attention of Production Operations Manager
  • Work with Supply Chain Analyst/Inventory Specialist to complete annual supplier review and renewals
  • This position may require travel

Minimum Education

  • Professional degree or equivalent work experience

Experience Required

  • 4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
