Receptionist -
Greet incoming clients and visitors for the different companies. Operate multi-line phone system, clerical duties, and assist with office operations.
Real Estate Assistant -
Assist real estate broker / manager with the operations of managing rentals, associations, commercial properties - plus brokerage operations. Including contacting/scheduling vendors, contractors, setting up showings, and projects. Also, calendaring appointments and assisting with following up on supervisor's outstanding tasks.
Personal characteristics and work knowledge needed:

- Detailed oriented.
- Punctual and strong attendance history.
- Relating to people in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing 35 words a minute, operate computer software; Microsoft Word and Excel and able to learn property management software.
- Able to do simple mathematical skills with the use of office equipment.
- Dependable, honest able prioritize tasks.
Equipment Used:
Windows computer, Microsoft Office applications, QuickBooks, Property Boss, multi-line phone, standard office equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
