Acquisition Marketing Manager - Email and SMS Marketing
Position Overview:
Pure Romance is seeking an experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our email and SMS marketing initiatives, driving revenue and sales through these key channels. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will focus on growing our subscriber base, developing sophisticated targeting and segmentation strategies, and creating effective pre and post-purchase journeys. Working closely with the creative and analytics teams, you will leverage the ESP Attentive to maximize open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer retention. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative insight, and analytical ability to engage our diverse customer base and support the company's growth in the sexual health space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- List Building and Segmentation: Actively grow and manage our email and SMS subscriber lists. Develop and refine targeting and segmentation strategies to address the diverse range of products and customer needs.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of email and SMS campaigns, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and marketing goals.
- Content Collaboration and Creation: skilled in producing compelling content when necessary, aligning with our brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Work with the analytics team to track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and retention) and adjust strategies as needed for optimization.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email and SMS marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, maintaining high standards of professionalism and brand integrity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure campaigns are effectively integrated and optimized across all digital channels.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Familiarity with ESP Attentive and a strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and analytics teams, contributing to content creation when necessary.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategies and improve campaign performance.
