- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette during all interactions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team with various other projects and tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a medical receptionist is preferred.
