Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the administrative, compliance, risk management and operations team for the continued growth and sustainability of Quality Drive Away Inc.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Effectively distinguish and promote customer service that help to retain customers and promotes market share growth
· Deliver and promote best-in-class support, integrity, opportunity, and fairness for Independent Subcontractors
· Produce reliable transportation delivery, customer confidence and solutions
· Identify and communicate customer needs and opportunities within the QDA team
· Display self-initiative and motivation to meet and/or exceed dispatch goals and objectives
· Define and share customer needs and opportunities while maintaining the sustainability of core business
· Process and communicate KPI, data management
· Utilize and manage resources appropriately to maintain and support new business opportunities
· Ability to organize and manage written and digital communications
· Ability to comprehend written material and ability to integrate into useful knowledge
· Responds promptly and appropriately to staff, phone, e-mails and all other business communications
· Process and support functions that serve all QDA operations
· Manages software data & documentation to meet operational standards and sustainability
· Communicates effectively with appropriate audience
· Understands and follows administrative processes, tasks, projects and assignments as needed
Academic or trade qualifications
GED or equivalent is required. Knowledge of PC Operations, Microsoft Office, Operating Software, Data Entry, Office Machines and Administrative Office Processes. Analytical thinking, process management, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Requires technical experience in transportation industry.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
