• Ensure compliance to corporate policy, processes and work instructions in both logistics and packaging.
• Maintains Logistic Department standard work documentation.
• Ensure organization and flow of all production parts as required.
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) key user – SAP shipping expert.
• Organization of internal warehouses as well as outside dunnage storage area.
• Work closely with Packaging Engineers for efficient and cost savings opportunities in all packaging concepts.
• Work closely with Suppliers and Customers to ensure the most efficient packaging concepts are approved to maximize RA Warehouse space.
• Scouting of innovations (technologies/ supplier), delivering the latest market opportunities.
• Maintain standard work documentation and maintains SAP data integrity on all packaging solutions.
• Responsible for defining logistical movement in the handling of new projects.
• Implementation of KPI’s and goals in logistics department.
• Ensure tracking and visual management of KPI’s and goals.

• This principle of comprehensive quality management is developed and furthered through training (on the job), continuing/ extended education, as well as continued supply of information and updates, and should be exemplified by supervisors on every level.
• Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.

• 4 year degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years experience in progressive logistics positions primary focus on transportation and packaging
• Must have comprehensive understanding of logistics, both domestic and international
• Polished, professional maturity with strong, communication skills in both oral and written modes
• Membership in related professional organizations encouraged
