Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Job Description: Revolution Transport is a rapidly expanding company in the transportation and logistics industry. The Logistics Specialist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, providing real-time shipment updates, and coordinating truck dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support for our operations team
• Prompt and accurate responses to every customer communication
• Build loads into our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Ensure the proper paperwork for each load is scanned and uploaded to the TMS
• Completing setup packets and rate confirmations
• Prompt and accurate milestone updates for shipments
• Real-time tracking updates upon request
• Coordination between drivers and shippers
• Dispatching trucks as needed
• Sending all paperwork for each shipment to the drivers
• Collecting signed paperwork from all drivers at completion of shipments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
• Effective communication skills and willingness to connect with clients and drivers
• Must be able to work independently without supervision
• Professional and positive disposition and the ability to handle stressful situations
• Transportation experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
