Brainshark is the digital training and coaching platform for the client-facing employees at R L Carriers.
Reporting to the VP of Employee Development, as the Brainshark Administrator (BA) you will be accountable for the back-end processes, managing the housing and structure of content and ensuring optimal performance of the platform. Th BA will also be responsible for training and supporting new users of the platform including Account Executives and Inside Sales Team members and customer service trainers.
• The Brainshark Administrator (BA) will work closely with the Sales Training Team, Sales Leadership Teams, inside sales and Customer Service teams to position Brainshark as the virtual coaching platform.
• The BA will ensure education and training curriculums are structured optimally on the platform for weekly delivery to the end users.
• The BA will create a project tracker to track all content and due dates
• The BA will have a separate pipeline with content topics and curriculum that will be developed for outside sales and inside sales teams.
• The BA will act as the overall administrator and SME of the platform:
- Assist in the development of measures to monitor effectiveness of resources and processes and track against business results
- Creation of structured onboarding process for new hires
- Creation of Analytics Dashboard for accountability

- New User Training
- Set up new users in system and align them to the proper teams
- Send out Welcome email with log in instructions
- Schedule ZOOM call for week one onboarding and training modules
- Creating and managing groups and folders
- Troubleshooting user problems
- Performing semi-annual bulk uploads of users and groups o Investigating opportunities to improve the process or functionality
- Make sure all links to Brainshark from other internal platforms are current and active o Responsible for archiving older content

- Manage automated email messaging for new and existing users
- Participate in design sprints to update and refresh landing pages and keep pace with changes in digital engagement

- Act as R L CARRIERS’s liaison to the Brainshark Support Group.
- Responsible for maintaining the Brainshark Admin handbook.
- Responsible for educational readiness of the R L portfolio to increase revenue
- Recruiting and working with guest speakers/presenters

What you need:
- Post-secondary education
- Technical aptitude with experience in managing digital projects
- Ability to create professional content from all media types:
- Doodly
- Masters in PPT
- Conversion of digital files from YouTube to MP4 for Brainshark uploads
- Proficient in video editing software (i.e. Camtasia/Open Shot, etc.)
- Must be proficient in creating voiceovers
- Proficient in Screen-Recording software (Camtasia/OBS Studio, etc.)
Salary : $60,600 - $76,800
