- 2 years previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Organized and detail oriented
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high energy environment
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce
- Work successfully in both team and independent environments
