Responsibilities

- Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to employees, fostering an understanding of company expectations.
- Implement effective workforce management strategies to optimize employee performance and productivity.
- Leverage technology, including ADP, to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
- Support recruiting efforts by conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining candidate relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR functions such as sourcing, talent management, and workforce management.
- Strong knowledge of benefits, payroll and employment processes.
- Proficient in using HR software systems, particularly ADP or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
