Rainbow Pest Experts (a division of Rainbow Companies) is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to support our team! Whether you are already in the pest control industry or looking to grow your expertise, Rainbow is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented team member to join our growing organization. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and takes pride in consistently delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time (40 hours a week average) position. We are a values-driven employee-owned company that provides science-based, innovative solutions in the home services industry.

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, your main focus will be providing outstanding service to both current and potential clients. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and customer service best practices. Success will require excellent communication skills as you engage with businesses, homeowners, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will also include education-driven sales, administrative support for our operations and sales teams, maintaining client records, and managing office procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This role offers flexibility to work from home most of the time. However, there will be an expectation to attend training and in-person meetings and participate in specific projects at the office as needed.

What You Will Do:

• Responds promptly to all client inquiries by phone, email, and text
• Sell and upsell services or products by exploring client needs
• Schedule services or consultations for customers as needed, utilizing our internal CRM database
• Respond to billing-related queries and facilitate payment transactions.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Handles customer escalations with the support of the Customer Experience Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Proficient in using phone software and headset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service or Inbound sales experience
• Experience in pest control, home services, or related fields

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively, operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
