Duties

  • Serve as a dental receptionist, managing patient records and appointment schedules efficiently.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in clerical work or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in office management is beneficial.
