Experienced Bartendes for Immediate Hire
Reading Country Club is being restored to legendary status. We are looking to hire a team of bartenders for our restaurant and banquet facillities who have a passion for mixology and that have previous experience in high volume establishments. This is your opportunity make your mark and your money by helping us reopen our beautiful remodeled restaurant and banquet facilities.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly pay starts at $8 per hour plus tips
For full time positions, we offer a health, dental and eye care plan for individual, spouse and family. Deductions for employees payment portion for this plan will be shared with potential candidates as part of their decision to accept any offered position.
Requirements:
- 3 years bartending experience at high volume properties
- Mixology/Craft Cocktail experience
- 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift heavy objects 35lbs
- Must be willing to hustle and work as a team taking care of each other as much as the guests - no silos here
- Must be willing to provide guests with elevated service, going out of your way to smile, greet, engage and help guests with whatever they need.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash register duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to enhance their experience.
- Assist with food preparation and catering services during events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
