Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and shape the HR strategy at Olen. This role encompasses both leadership and hands-on responsibilities in workforce development, compliance and organizational culture.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a strong workforce.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Compensation: $70,000- $140,000
The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
