About the Position: Are you someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and leading a team to success? We're looking for a Community Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Whether you're a seasoned property management pro or ready to take the next step in your career, we'll provide the tools and support to help you shine.
Here's What You'll Do: (Variety of work)
- Keep our community running smoothly, from managing operations to ensuring our property sparkles with curb appeal
- Oversee the apartment leasing process while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Prepare budgets and ensure property is profitable
- Mentor and lead your team with a positive, can-do attitude
- Partner with contractors and maintenance teams to keep everything in tip-top shape
- Monitor market trends and brainstorm creative marketing ideas
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and resolve issues like a pro
- Collaborate with staff and sister properties to create a supportive, team-focused environment
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or GED (bonus if you have a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation!)
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire your team
- At least 2 years of property management experience or 3 years as an assistant property manager
- Excellent communication and a knack for problem-solving
- Familiarity with property management software and MS Office
- A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation
