See yourself starting a new career journey? As an Executive Assistant at ReGenesis Health Care, you will play an essential role by providing support to our Community Engagement Team and Executive Staff.
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff and Community Engagement, this individual is responsible for supporting effective collaboration and communication for the Community Engagement Team and on behalf of the Chief of Staff. Internally and within ReGenesis Health Care, this individual develops and optimizes admin systems and co-leads specialized initiatives with cross-functional impact with guidance from the Chief of Staff and designated Executive Staff. The person in this role must be an experienced problem-solver with exceptional flexibility to work across multiple assignments and projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, the ability to manage the needs of many, be self-motivated, and demonstrate resourcefulness in building relationships across the ReGenesis Health Care Organization.

To be Considered You’ll Need:
Education/Experience/Requirements
- Five years of work experience as an administrative assistant and/or event planning; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong people skills; independent decision-making and customer service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to work M - F from 8am - 5pm with flexibility to support the team on weekends as needed.
- Valid SC Driver’s License
