Job Summary: Ensure the efficient operation of the Technology Services area by providing support to
The IMS Dept, Workshop Services Dept, IT Department and the ESC Switchboard.
Education/Training:
High School Diploma / GED
Prefer college hours or Associates Degree
Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience.
Knowledge / Skills:

Major Responsibilites and Duties:
1. Assist the Technology Services Management with administrative and business duties.
2. Time accounting timekeeper to gather, review, and submit time accounting reports per weekly/monthly due dates.
3. Compile all HR documents including new hire documents and annual evaluations.
4. Perform workshop duties for IMS/IT/WS including:
- creating sessions
- opening, editing, and closing sessions
- room reservations.
- collect POs in a timely manner for fee-based sessions.
- monitor workshop evaluations.
- run data reports.
- check room billing.
- organizing, ordering, and staging food when part of a session
5. Provide support to Workshop Services:
- Assist Staff with OmniTrack Workshop/Time Accounting Systems.
- Help troubleshoot issues with both workshops and time accounting. Serve as contact for workshops and time accounting workshops.
- Assist participants and district staff with OmniTrack login.
- Resolve duplicate OmniTrack accounts.
- Transcripts and registrations
- Provide access to district/campus reports to administrators.
6. Resolve Workshop Department tickets in Laserfiche.
7. Assist new OmniTrack customers with the onboarding process:
- Create customized instructions.
- Troubleshoot login issues with district staff.
- Other duties related to making the customer transition to OmniTrack seamless.
8. Perform switchboard duties including:
- Answer and disperse incoming calls.
- Greet visitors, as they enter and exit.
- Receive payment for print shop jobs.
- Disburse print jobs to employees and customers.
- Check-out/Check-in "checkout" lapotops to staff for workshop use.
- Train staff who are new to switchboard duties.
9. Prepare/Evaluate travel IMS paperwork before signatures are obtained and sent to Business Office.
10. Prepare IMS requests for Purchase Order (form 414).
