As Director of Operations for our Hospital Division, you will oversee day-to-day hospital contracts, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency across multiple facilities. Your leadership will support regional managers, ensuring top-quality care, compliance, and performance in therapy programs. You’ll also develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff. This position will be based and working out of Omaha, NE.

Your leadership will support regional managers, ensuring top-quality care, compliance, and performance in therapy programs. You’ll also develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff. This position will be based and working out of Omaha, NE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Regional Managers in overseeing facility operations.
- Travel (50%) for site visits and leadership meetings.
- Travel territory will include a majority of the company footprint: NE, KS, IA, ND, TX, OK and NM.
- Drive projects aimed at enhancing operational quality and efficiency.
- Develop annual budgets and manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee clinical program development and staff training.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, staff, and patients.
- Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 5 years of therapy experience, with director or management roles.
- Therapy board certification, state licensure, and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
