REJIS is seeking an individual with a minimum of one (1) or more years of proven IT support of desktop, printer, network, and server technical experience and excellent customer service skills.
Strong Knowledge supporting the following:
- Must have a thorough knowledge of desktop, printer, and network support
- Configuration and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
- Configuration and troubleshooting of printers
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and understanding
- Wireless network configuration and troubleshooting
- Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of workstations and printers in an enterprise level network
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safeguards all REJIS and customer information per CJIS, MULES, and REJIS guidelines, including but not limited to source code, USB devices, reports, backup tapes, CDs, portable data, etc.
- Adheres to all REJIS policies and procedures as well as all applicable customer policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to junior staff and oversee some group activities
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and special certifications such as A , Net Microsoft certifications
The minimum salary starts at $27.22/hour with the possibility of additional compensation based on years of experience, demonstrated skills, certifications, and education. This is an hourly position and is eligible for overtime.
