Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections
- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential and commercial properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate and follow up with maintenance and repair work
- Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, including financial records and tenant information
- Utilize property management software (such as AppFolio or Monday.com) for data entry, reporting, and record keeping
- Conduct background checks and screenings for potential tenants
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction
- Resolve conflicts or disputes between tenants or with the landlord
- Post notices to tenants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Proficient in data entry and office software applications
- Familiarity with property management software (such as AppFolio or Monday.com)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts or issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
