ABOUT US: RepRally is a fast growing Series-A technology startup based in New York City. At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially and we’re hiring interns or co-ops to support our product management team. While we intentionally keep a low-profile, our nimble team consists of elite talent supported by leading vertical investors including Greylock Partners and Indicator Ventures.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a product manager co-op/intern, you’ll be responsible for translating user and business needs into an actionable roadmap and features. You’ll lead the development of features by working closely with stakeholders such as designers, engineers, brand partnerships, and ops to solve customer pain points. You’ll learn how to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, balance competing stakeholder needs, and prioritize ruthlessly. You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a highly collaborative and empathetic individual, with a high sense of ownership, who’s a strong critical thinker and passionate about technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Synthesize user problems and business goals to identify the highest priority features necessary to drive impact in a given problem area
- Prioritize features into an actionable roadmap that balances impact and effort
- Write PRDs to translate the roadmap into requirements for the R&D team
- Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver impactful solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and keep them updated on launch timelines
- Conduct QA of features to ensure they meet requirements
- Measure impact of features launched through quantitative and qualitative data
- Participate and lead user research for stores and sales reps
- Keep up with current trends in the industry and conduct analyses on our product compared to competitors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business or a similar field
What You’ll Need:
- Direct experience working with tech products in a collaboration-driven environment
- Problem-first mindset, first principles thinking, and strong opinions loosely held
- Strong analytical background with outstanding verbal and written skills
- Excellent communication abilities and deep user empathy
- Interest in tech products and companies
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus, but not required
This role is:
- Full-time (40 hours)
- Fully in-person in our office in Flatiron, Manhattan
