Job Details
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Proficiency in CA Gen workstation toolset for web, online, and batch procedures.
- Experience in DB2 for z/OS or Oracle databases and SQL.
- Experience with COBOL, CICS, and JCL.
- Experience in Classic ASP, VB, and JScript web page development.
- Experience with IBM Z-Server environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex applications for financial business processes on cross-functional projects.
- Oversee quality assurance for new code from inception through integration and production environments.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on support to peers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using analytical tools and teamwork.
- Collaborate with developers and architects on continuous improvement, standardization, and documentation.
- Work closely with distributed teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and communication.
