Results Learning is looking for a dedicated Program and Curriculum Manager to lead our after-school tutoring programs and shape the educational experience for students across the Denver Metro area. This full-time, hybrid role offers a unique chance to influence academic success while training and mentoring educators in cutting-edge curriculum methodologies, like Lexia, grounded in the Science of Reading.

What You’ll Do:
As the Program and Curriculum Manager, you will oversee and support after-school tutoring and intervention programs at 3-5 schools, using your curriculum expertise to train and mentor staff and deliver top-tier instruction. You’ll lead, implement, and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all teachers and tutors are equipped with the right tools to guide student growth and success.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Program Leadership: Lead after-school programs, ensuring excellent service and instructional quality at each school.
  • Curriculum Expertise: Train and mentor educators on Science of Reading-based curricula (e.g., Lexia) to enhance literacy outcomes.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and manage site coordinators, teachers, and tutors, while fostering professional growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Address challenges proactively, visiting sites regularly and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Data Management: Oversee student progress through pre- and post-assessments, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to continuously improve teaching methods and student results.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for a dynamic educator with strong leadership, curriculum coaching, and program management experience. If you enjoy empowering fellow educators and creating impactful learning environments, this role is for you!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program or project management, ideally in education.
  • Expertise in curriculum coaching, development, or facilitation of professional development for educators.
  • Strong knowledge of Science of Reading programs (Lexia, Wilson, or 95%).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in diverse environments, adapting to meet the needs of students and staff.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to meet program needs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
