Operations Analyst

What You’ll Do:

• Execute daily operations processes across the customer order-to-cash lifecycle for retail power customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational controls and identify potential gaps for improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with brokers and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Monitor customer enrollments, drops, billing, payment transactions, and usage data for accuracy.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between payment and billing details.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in Retail Energy Operations, preferably in the PJM market.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with payment applications and EDI transactions (a plus).
• Quantitative data analysis experience (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
