ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Greenkeeper that is responsible for the overall private family golf course to ensure optimal playing condition standards are consistently met. As a Greenkeeper, you will play a key role in working with the superintendent to implement turf management programs, monitor and maintain the irrigation system, implement integrated pest management strategies, and effectively operate the proper equipment to maintain the golf course.

Richmond Farm is a private family retreat located a few minutes outside of Ligonier, Pennsylvania. The nearly 500-acre property has been privately owned and managed for over 50 years for the exclusive benefit of family members.

QUALIFICATIONS
· The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, consistently apply golden rule standards, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and can deliver based on results.
· Individual will have a High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ greenkeeper experience.
· The final candidate selected is skilled in equipment management with a fortitude to properly care for and handle utility equipment and machinery used in golf course maintenance.
WE OFFER
· A competitive hourly wage starting at $21.50 per hour
· Full-time at 40 hours per week including OT pay at 1.5 x
