Start a career with Ricoh Electronics, Inc. (REI) and develop your skills working as a Fill Line Operator 2. We are looking for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operators to work in our Toner department and become an integral part of our team!
- 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Two Hour Mandatory OT schedule before the shift)
- 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Two Hour Mandatory OT schedule after the shift)
- 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Responsibilities include: Under general supervision, the operator will operate all machines within a single fill line to fill, mark, label, band, tie and wrap containers with products and materials. Performs product changeovers and some preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. Observes operations and inspect packaged items for conformance with specifications. Performs initial quality inspections. The operator would also assist in training new employees and aid employees with questions regarding work standards. Makes equipment adjustments and changes the settings of the machinery utilizing Production Technology Standards within specification ranges.
Qualified candidates will possess:the following.
- One year of experience operating liquid or powder filling machines or working withautomated production equipment (i.e., robotics, HMI screens, automatic packaging equipment) preferred.
- Basic computer skills arerequired to perform data entry tasks
- Speak and read English
- Accurately read and write numbers in decimals.
- At least 2twoyears of progressively difficult, related equipment operation experience
- Complies with all company/ group/ division/ department standards and policies.
- Maintains quality expectancy standards (based on departmental business plan).
