Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage data entry for employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist with payroll management processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Support accounts payable functions related to HR expenses and vendor payments.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy within the HR department.
- Utilize HR software systems such as Quickbooks Time for various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes related to HR functions.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Time for payroll processing and employee management.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration practices.
