Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage utilities, including payments, service coordination, and contract renewals.
- Assist with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, expense tracking, and basic accounting.
- Support property management, including maintenance coordination, lease agreements, and vendor relations.
- Handle customer relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- De-escalate customer issues effectively, ensuring positive resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for various business functions.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence on behalf of the owner.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role required.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management.
- Experience with property management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
