What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at RK Smith Realty?
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Schedule showings
- File/Scan as needed
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to organize, coordinate and accomplish multiple tasks independently
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
- Any other duties which may be requested.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Administrative experience is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
- Hours per week: 35-38
