The Division Manager will provide leadership and direct a large team of professionals over a wide range of institutional building projects. The position is a tremendous opportunity for a team player to fill a key role within the firm. Bringing a client focused approach to engineering and multi-disciplined project management, he/she must have had responsiblity for large and small projects from conception to completion and bring strong technical skills, good communication, and enjoyment of and proven client relationship expertise. Enthusiastic and energetic, the successful candidate will ensure that clients' needs are met with the highest quality contract documents and the most intelligent engineering solutions.
Management of clients and their expectations with direct responsibility for organizing, executing, planning, and coordinating assignments, supervising the work performed by the team of engineers and playing a lead role in engineering marketing and business development for the Building's Division are key roles for this committed, enterprising individual. - Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Minimum of 15 years of hands-on engineering and management experience.
