Responsibilities:
- Educate and sell company capabilities and services to new and existing customers clients
- Develop long term relationships with private, corporate, public and institutional stakeholders for the development of construction services.
- Close and follow up on contract sales
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or facilities management with a thorough understanding of the construction procurement process.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
