Accounting Specialist

Salary: $26.60 to $30.80 hourly

Description

We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks related to accounting functions and software systems. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy
• Keep customer credit records updated and organized
• Resolve any customer inquiries related to accounting issues
• Monitor the status of customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Conduct regular auditing to maintain the integrity of financial data
• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, and Concur
• Oversee billing functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Work with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business process management.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with Ceridian software is necessary.
• Ability to use Concur for expense reporting is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
• Understanding of various Accounting Functions is a prerequisite.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Prior experience in Auditing is a plus.
