We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Owatonna, Minnesota. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle a range of tasks related to accounts payable, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also play a key role in monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when needed• Overseeing the administration of corporate credit card applications and expense reimbursements• Serving as the primary resource person for accounts payable processing and policy-related questions• Maintaining the integrity of the vendor master file when setting up new suppliers or sites in Oracle• Managing and maintaining Delegation of Authority requests• Conducting random reviews of employee reimbursements to ensure compliance with company policies, IRS guidelines, and accounts payable department standards• Managing the escheatment process, including managing updates and submissions of records to Sovos and participating states.
