Responsibilities:
- Prepare time-sensitive monthly consolidated financial reports
- Lead the preparation of consolidated multinational financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Respond to information requests related to annual tax filings
- Coordinate and manage year-end audits and tax preparation processes.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial reporting and support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- 6 years of progressive accounting experience. Preferably a manager from a Big 4 public accounting firm.
- Strong technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, particularly with multinational entities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a perfectionist mindset and high level of self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
