Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Prepare time-sensitive monthly consolidated financial reports
• Lead the preparation of consolidated multinational financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Respond to information requests related to annual tax filings
• Coordinate and manage year-end audits and tax preparation processes.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial reporting and support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• 6 years of progressive accounting experience. Preferably a manager from a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Strong technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, particularly with multinational entities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a perfectionist mindset and high level of self-motivation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
