Responsibilities:• Execute full cycle accounting tasks.• Maintain and update the general ledger regularly.• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.• Accurately reconcile balance sheets on a monthly basis.• Participate in accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.• Participate in month-end close activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.• Prepare and post monthly journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.• Prepare monthly financial reports to provide insights into business performance.• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and stored for future reference.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
