We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant for a client of ours based in Kissimmee, Florida. As an HR Assistant, you will be tasked with handling various administrative duties, ensuring quality control of scanned images, and maintaining records. You will also play a significant role in planning and executing records projects.Responsibilities: • Accurately process inactive and/or obsolete records in line with retention schedules and existing procedures.• Oversee the quality control of scanned active and inactive records using the Laserfiche software system.• Assist in the execution of records projects within given timelines.• Handle the transfer of records for storage or destruction as per the set guidelines.• Retrieve records or boxes from storage upon request.• Maintain the integrity of historical and vital records.• Carry out any other assigned duties.• Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry.• Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving inquiries.• Use Microsoft Outlook for efficient communication and coordination.
