Responsibilities
- Take charge of the entire recruitment cycle for various clinical roles
- Screen potential candidates through phone interviews to assess their suitability
- Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluating candidate skills and compatibility
- Work in tandem with the HR team to streamline recruitment procedures
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires
- Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and CRM tools to manage and track candidate information
- Carry out background checks as part of the pre-employment screening process
- Use platforms such as ADP - Financial Services and Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes
- Engage in cold calling as part of recruitment strategies
- Manage tasks related to Benefit Functions using tools like ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and About Time
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Careerbuilder platform
- Experience with CRM tools
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Competence in About Time software
- Proficiency in using Applicant Track System
- Ability to conduct Background Checks
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Experience in Cold Calling
