We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Assistant for our team based in SPRINGFIELD, Oregon. This role is pivotal in providing administrative assistance and supporting our recruitment activities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruiter, ensuring smooth running of recruitment activities.
- Handle the scheduling of interviews efficiently, coordinating with both the candidates and the recruiter.
- Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of our recruitment database.
- Alleviate the workload of the recruiter by assuming additional responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize HRMS and other software like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and About Time for various tasks.
- Conduct auditing of recruitment processes and data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Carry out background checks as part of the recruitment process.
- Handle benefit functions, ensuring employees are aware of their entitlements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for recruitment purposes.
- Mastery of ADP Workforce Now for efficient workforce management.
- Experience with Ceridian for HR and payroll management.
- Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) for effective HR operations.
- Knowledge of About Time software for accurate time tracking.
- Skills in auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in recruitment processes.
- Ability to conduct thorough background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Experience in benefit functions, including management and allocation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when interacting with potential candidates.
