Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Assistant for our team based in SPRINGFIELD, Oregon. This role is pivotal in providing administrative assistance and supporting our recruitment activities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the recruiter, ensuring smooth running of recruitment activities.
• Handle the scheduling of interviews efficiently, coordinating with both the candidates and the recruiter.
• Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of our recruitment database.
• Alleviate the workload of the recruiter by assuming additional responsibilities as needed.
• Utilize HRMS and other software like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and About Time for various tasks.
• Conduct auditing of recruitment processes and data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Carry out background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Handle benefit functions, ensuring employees are aware of their entitlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for recruitment purposes.
• Mastery of ADP Workforce Now for efficient workforce management.
• Experience with Ceridian for HR and payroll management.
• Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) for effective HR operations.
• Knowledge of About Time software for accurate time tracking.
• Skills in auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in recruitment processes.
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
• Experience in benefit functions, including management and allocation.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when interacting with potential candidates.
