Robert Half Management Resources is looking for an accounting professionals at the Senior Accountant level for a 1-3 month long project. The ideal consultant has 4-8 years of experience working as a Senior Accountant in mid to large sized Real Estate firms. A combination of public accounting and private industry experience is a plus. 4-year bachelor degree required; CPA preferred. Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency and meet reporting deadlines.Ideal consultant will possess the following skills and experience:• Experience with Yardi or MRI is a plus• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)• Month end close, consolidations and technical accounting skills• Ability to work, take ownership, and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.• Very strong Excel skills required
