Looking for an Experienced office manager to provide client interface and organizational strength to our company. This position will provide administrative support to the lawyers, title agents, oversee staff and working with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
- Aid in drafting, proofing of legal documents, some litigation support with dockets and filings
- Manage accounts including payables, receivables, and escrow - oversee bookkeeper
- Handle communication with clients, other attorneys, real estate professionals etc.
- Administratively support goals and timelines
- Answer and direct phone calls
Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under deadlines
- Recordkeeping experience is a plus
- Previous legal experience helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
