Project Coordinator (Full Time)

RESPONSABILITIES:

• The Project Coordinator will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project. It’s your job to make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly
• Making sure that your team has the tools they need to execute the project.
• Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials and equipment that are required.
• Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project.
• Developing project status reports that will be presented to the key stakeholders (internal and external).
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have experience as a project manager or coordinator, or a job that required the coordination of processes and workflows. The individual is expected to be a trained professional ready to hit the ground running in which a great deal of independence is expected.
• To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be stress resistant and systematically and pragmatically organize and execute work.
• Have exceptional organizational skills.
• Poses the skill to work together and to have a positive effect on the overall work processes and your colleagues.
• Poses the skills to critically analyze budgets and executed work and to come up with strategies on how to improve.
• Poses the skill to develop KPI's and metrics of projects.
• To be competent in using various software applications such as Word, Excel (Gantt charts).
• Have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn about electrical signals, low and high frequencies and their behavior and IP networks (configure and set up).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
