Job Summary:
A Manager of Platform Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day technology operational support, implementing best practices and driving operational excellence and efficiencies. This position assesses the needs of the company and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible. The Manager of Platform Operations is the leader of practice management systems conversions and integrations as well as the training resource for all platforms to ensure the clinical teams are supported and educated. Platforms include but are not limited to Denticon, Greyfinch, Cloud 9, WinOMS, and Birdeye.
Job Duties:
- Embrace technology platforms to enable our company to scale digitally.
- Plan and execute conversion and integration of practices into the RDB platforms including quality assurance testing.
- Train users on platform functionality and management.
- Identify gaps in current processes where the systems can be better utilized.
- Increase adoption and optimization of the platforms.
- Interface between strategic and process-based activities.
- Liaison to outside vendors that provide technology platforms.
- Manage roadmap and relationships with platform vendors.
- Manage platform expenditures and budgets.
- Manage manual weekly & special CRM campaigns for teams.
- Ensure ongoing effective and timely resolution of platform technical issues.
- Execution and testing and trials of platform changes, releases and service requests.
- Plan and monitor day to day operations of platforms and make adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of management experience.
- Orthodontic or dental practice management system experience preferred.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experienced in or, aptitude to become proficient in dental and orthodontic practice management systems.
- Detail oriented and focused on quality.
- Highly collaborative and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven, critical thinker with problem solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage team.
Location: This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas at Rock Dental Brand’s state of the art Support Center.
