Outside Sales Representative

Roof Revival is currently looking to add 3-5 individuals to our team of Roof Rejuvenation Sales Representatives. Our mission is to help homeowners maintain and extend the life of their roofs by offering cost-effective and high-quality rejuvenation services. This growing industry is ideal for driven, energetic, and independent individuals who enjoy interacting with customers face-to-face.

Our company’s revenue has consistently grown year over year, reaching millions in rejuvenation sales, and we’re aiming to surpass $5 million this year alone. To achieve this, we need motivated individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with roof inspections, maintenance solutions, and rejuvenation treatments.

No experience? No problem. Roof Revival provides one of the best training programs in the industry, developing fully capable and proficient representatives within 7 days. Prior experience is not necessary, as we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in this position.

NOTE: This is NOT a remote position.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $84,000 - $190,000 annually (based on performance)
• Guaranteed base pay plus commission structure
• $20 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 15 minutes)
• Commissions paid on all completed jobs (average commission $750-$1,500 per project)
• Monthly and annual bonuses for performance
• Annual bonuses of up to 3% for achieving revenue milestones
• Annual company trip

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers.
• Must be physically able to climb a ladder to inspect roofs when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Independent, self-disciplined, and good at managing time (representatives create and manage their own work schedules).
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to self-generate leads as well as handle office-provided leads.
• Must have a smartphone capable of taking photos and videos for inspections and using company apps.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Inspecting and documenting roofs for maintenance and rejuvenation opportunities.
• Meeting directly with homeowners to educate them about our roof rejuvenation services and signing maintenance agreements.
• Explaining cost savings compared to roof replacements and highlighting the long-term benefits of rejuvenation.
• Marketing and lead generation to build new customer relationships.
• Managing customer relationships throughout the rejuvenation process.
