Plumbing/Drains Operations Manager

Rooter Ranger Plumbing & Drain Specialists located in Tucson, AZ is looking for an Operations Manager to run our Plumbing and Drains Operations and lead our strategic growth in Tucson.

Pay: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00/year plus annual performance bonus (based on exceeding established KPIs), company vehicle, and gas card.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily plumbing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Lead a team of plumbing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or similar mechanical role
• ServiceTitan knowledge
• Proven expertise with P&L management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Persuasive communication and people skills
• Ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism
