As our HRIS & Payroll Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for HR system setup, payroll processing, and a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our HR operations running like a well-oiled machine. You'll work with a collaborative and supportive team while flexing your analytical and problem-solving muscles every day.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Here’s a sneak peek at how you’ll shine in this role:
- ⚙️ HRIS Setup & Maintenance – You’ll own the backend of our HRIS, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and user-friendliness.
- 💰 Payroll Processing – You’ll prepare and process payroll with precision and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations.
- 🔍 Data Management & Audits – You’ll conduct regular audits to ensure all records are squeaky clean and up-to-date.
- 📨 Assignment Notifications – You’ll support faculty, residents, and staff by managing assignment documentation.
- 📑 Verifications of Employment & Unemployment Claims – You’ll handle these requests with speed and accuracy.
- 🎯 Project Support – You’ll lend your talent to HR improvement initiatives and new systems rollouts.

✅ What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll processing
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll (extra credit for NV and UT!)
- Solid understanding of HR data, compliance, and best practices
- Familiarity with platforms like ADP Workforce Now or Workday is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent experience)
