What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Rosie Mae Home Care?
We are seeking an energetic individual with a great personality, strong people skills and a mindset to lead.
Duties:
- Assist with handling the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate staff and their tasks
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and community events
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office personnel or Admin Asst or similar role
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Professional Communication skills and ability to write professional emails
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of home care management experience is a plus
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
*Able to work take files once a week to Park Forest office.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
