Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with licensed supervisors to develop and review treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Maryland COMAR standards and clinic policies.
• Engage in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active Maryland provisional license (LGPC, LGADC, LMSW).
• Commitment to obtaining full licensure (LCPC, LCADC, LCSW-C).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using electronic health records (experience with ICANotes is a plus).

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service Rates:
  • Starting rate: $40–$50 per session (depending on experience).
  • Opportunities for rate increases as licensure progress.
