We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will have the opportunity to communicate with a variety of different candidates and book interviews to efficiently serve our valued branches and ensure they are fully staffed. This position will be the central liaison between the candidates and managers by ensuring they receive the best hires and have all the hands on deck that they need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Schedules interviews for candidates to meet with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
- Provides timely updates to candidates and hiring managers by phone and/or email
- Responsible for administering candidate assessments
- Schedules and manages candidate pre-employments process (background checks, drug screen physical and TB, employment applications etc)
- Conducts reference checks to comply with RotoCo policy
- Responds to general inquiries from job seekers, candidates, and vendors
- Assist with for the administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Posts and manages job postings
- Responsible for creating and updating recruiting reports with candidate detail and up to date accuracy
- Assists in other recruiting activities as needed
- Assists in reviewing and screening resumes
- Conducts candidate searches using various databases
- Carries out candidate research
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
✔ 1 years’ experience in a recruiting environment preferred
✔ 1 years’ in recruiting or related industry preferred
✔ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
✔ Plumbing industry experience a plus
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
✔ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite and teams preferred
✔ Experience HR functions a plus
✔ Bilingual a plus
✔ Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required
✔ Ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office setting with a high tolerance for heavy phone and computer work required

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Compensation range is $20 to $24 per hour based on skills and experience level
