Babysitter/Nanny ("Royal Sitter")

Royal Kid Care is seeking compassionate, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our team of Royal Sitters. This role involves providing attentive care, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and engaging with children in developmental activities. The ideal candidate will have a heart for children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a royally exceptional experience for both kids and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play, arts and crafts, and educational exercises.
• Assist with meal/snack times and clean-up as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s experience and any concerns.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Royal Kid Care.
• Provide comfort and emotional support to children as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for children of all ages.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, entertainment, etc.) preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain a safe and controlled environment.
• A genuine love for children and a passion for their well-being.
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug test.
